physical.

It’s 4:06am as I type this on a Wednesday morning. I’m not sure if I have ever posted a blog on a Wednesday morning.

I have a lot of content. In my personal reflection this morning I referred to the amount of content I have created as a ‘mountain’. “Just keep chipping away at it Sally”, she says to herself…over and over again.

Often I dream up what it would be like to have a team of people who found value and worth in my content, and had a desire to contribute their own skillsets: website development, design, branding, video editing, editing, publishing, social media, etc.

Wellbeing and authentic expression is a contradicting aspect to market/capitalize. It feels to me (a person who has only been in the school environment) that *business thinking* strips away the intrinsic value and worth of what I am ‘selling’ or ‘branding’. It feels disingenuous to ‘sell’ wellbeing. Wellbeing exists.

Another difficulty in creating is resistance. The discomfort of moving toward the ‘mountain’ can feel overwhelming. There is no other way to make ideas come to life. In my creative experience, there is no resource I am lacking that limits my ability to ‘chip’.

Here is the 2020 blogpost from April 11, 2020. It is long. I include all the things I continue to find relevant in chipping away at sustainable growth outcomes in day. If you choose to read, consider the context of April 11, 2020 – quarantine.
