Intensity.

Duration.

Time.

What about the low intensity patterns. Low intensity but ongoing. Low intensity but still limiting.

I didn’t need to read the entire book Atomic Habits to grasp the concept. I think the title says it all. Thoughts and Feelings lead to impulses and urges that guide Behavior. Perhaps your experience is that Behavior shifts Thoughts and Feelings. Either way, being the noticer of patterns that show up is necessary to recognize a sense of power in control over the story one tells about what’s happening in day. Daily intentional habits of constructing thinking patterns that contribute to possibility and align energetically with one’s desired outcomes can grow momentum in a story that feels aligned with one’s most authentic self.
