If you read the previous post something more. week twenty eight, I included the first section of a marketing interview I am in the process of completing.

It has been a ‘trip down memory lane’ as I am considering the questions asked and the most thoughtful, relevant, and (helpful?) responses.

To be regulated 65% of day. Not too much. Not too little. Just right. To access and live from the state of wellbeing (possibility) ‘most’ of the day. To feel capable and in control of thoughts and ideas that contribute to the story one wants to tell. A story rooted in possibility and positive expectancy, as opposed to a story of fear and lack.
